Prior to CrowdStreet, Zach Frey worked for PGIM–Real Estate Finance as a Senior Real Estate Investment Analyst, working with the originations team to invest capital on behalf of Prudential’s General Account, Bridge Debt Fund, and third-party capital sources such as Fannie Mae and Freddie. Working within all major asset classes throughout the U.S. and Canada, Zach evaluated over $2.5 billion in potential deals and assisted in the structuring, due diligence, and closing of over $150 million of transactions. Zach earned a BBA from the University of Wisconsin –Madison, majoring in both Finance and Real Estate.
